The treat bags are from Wilton 2002 and made in china. 8pk of 8 x Treat Bags 2002 by Wilton. Blues Clues Birthday 16 pc Napkins 1999 by HALLMARK. Ships from my clean non-smoking home.

Both items are new and sealed. These items have been in storage and there is some shelf wear on the packaging. They are made of plastic so I don't think it would be a big deal once you fill them with goodies, but they being sold as is. The treat bags have been folded in half so there is a crease down the middle.

The napkins are from Hallmark 1999 and made in USA.
